Had a cozy stay! The room was clean, and the staff were super nice, especially during check-in. The breakfast spread could use more options, but the location near SM mall was a total win!

I stayed in a Superior Double Room, and while the room was spacious and clean, I faced some issues. The water pitcher was empty on arrival, and I noticed dust in various spots. The Wi-Fi connection didn’t work, which was frustrating. Despite this, the breakfast was quite good, although I wished for a more varied drink selection beyond just coffee and iced tea. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially during check-in. The location was perfect for my plans, just a quick drive to the conference. One thing that stood out was the excellent concierge service. they were helpful with any questions I had. However, the dim lighting in the hallways felt a bit off-putting, especially at night. Overall, those small inconveniences took away from what could have been a fantastic experience.
